Cool drinks and snacks for every devotee throughout the day.
The sacred bhog of Lord Jagannath — Puri's beloved khichdi, served with love.
The Festival of Chariots
Rath Yatra is the day the divine leaves the sanctum and comes to the people. Lord Jagannath, Balabhadra and Subhadra ride out on towering chariots, and devotees young and old take hold of the rope to pull them forward.
Expect color, kirtan, and the kind of joy that only comes from doing seva shoulder-to-shoulder. Everyone is welcome — bring your family, bring your neighbors.
Be part of it1776 — 2026 · 250 Years of American Freedom
As America marks 250 years of freedom, we pull the chariots not only in devotion, but as a prayer — for the peace, prosperity, and unity of the United States, the land we are proud to call home.
This is the spirit of Sanatan Dharma in America: seva before self, dharma above division, and the timeless conviction that the whole world is one family. The same values that raised this temple in Queens help build stronger, kinder neighborhoods across this nation.
The world is one family.
